Check-in / Check-out:

• Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in.
• Check-in time is 12:00 PM. If you wish to check in early, an additional fee of $20-$30 will be charged based on the extra hours for checking in before 12:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee of $20-$30 will be charged for extensions based on the extra hours.
• Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability.

Children & Beds:

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Kids stay free! Children stay free when using existing bedding.

Pet Policy:

• Only one Dog is allowed.
• Pet fees: $20 per pet per night.
• Please contact the property for confirmation if you plan to bring a second pet.
• Cats are not allowed.

Credit card processing fee:

• A credit card processing fee will be collected for each credit card transaction.

State Fair Event Pre-Authorization Policy:

• To secure reservations, guest cards will be authorized 24 hours prior to check-in due to the State Fair event.

Deposit Policy

• Property takes minimal of $100 upto $150 as deposit upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.

No show Policy:

• 100% of first night will be charged in case of a No-show.

Cancellation Policy:

• Guest can cancel reservation for free with more than 24 hours prior notice. If guest cancel within 24 hours of their check-in day, they will be charged for one night stay no matter the number of stay days.
